At the moment, the pure VMLite Workstation does not support USB devices, so it won't recognize your thumb drive. You have 2 ways: (1) insert your drive to the pc, and your host should have a. Vmlite usb devices driver download. For the usb, you can configure the vm to auto attach a usb device everytime after boot, please refer to the help USB device section. Basically, you can go to USB node on VMLite Workstation and add a device filter for your scanner. This way, you don't need to click it.
